Our rates: There are high, mid and low season rates. High-season is typically the school holidays, when we prefer all three houses to be booked together; mid-season is the period following Easter and also after the summer holidays; low-season is the early or late off-peak months. All rates are in £’s. The table below is a guide, please email or call with your requirements and dates to confirm the rate:

Booking Information:
Check-in days: Short breaks are Fri-Mon or Mon-Fri. In peak season only Fri-Fri 7 day bookings available (e.g. summer and Easter holidays). Off peak, we can sometimes be more flexible – please ask.
Deposit: 25% deposit to book (of price and refundable damage deposit of £200/£100 per large/small house). The final 75% is due 8 weeks before your stay. Thank you.

Frequently Asked Questions:
- Parties? Plas Blaenddol is a tranquil location on the edge of a village, so we cannot host loud gatherings or events such as stag or hen parties, sorry.
- Pets? We welcome up to two very well behaved dogs in Bell House, by prior agreement only. We kindly ask that guests follow these reasonable conditions: Dogs only allowed in Old Bell House, must be kept on the ground floor, off soft-finishings, not left alone, when outdoors always on a lead around the estate, and please always clean up after.
- Children? We welcome children, however they will need to be appropriately supervised to ensure their health and safety. Like many properties in Snowdonia, there are some potential hazards – such as stairs and wood burning stoves inside and a small lake, streams, hot tub and river-side woodland outside.
- Hot tub? Your quote will include the use of the hot tub, which is optional at the time of booking, at the rate of £75 for a weekend, £100 for a week.
- Extra beds? * To accommodate more than 19, there is a £90 charge to include and prepare each fold-up and day bed (in Old Bell and The Lodge).

- Internet? Old Bell House has free wi-fi in the living rooms and some bedrooms. There is no wi-fi in The Lodge, however, if you don’t want to ‘get away from it all’, there is good mobile data with some providers.
- Parking? There is space for 8-10 cars: 6-7 spaces close to Old Bell House (carts available to transport luggage the 40m), 2-3 spaces next to The Lodge. Further parking is available within 200m of the estate.
- Electric car? There is a standard three pin socket accessible at The Lodge. Please inform us if you plan to charge your car, fee is £10 per car per day.
