Availability and Rates

Calendar:  Check our availability.  Key:

  • Old Bell House (sleeps up to 10 (11*))
  • Lake House (sleeps up to 5)
  • The Lodge (sleeps up to 4 (6*)).

A block of colour on a given day indicates the house is already booked for that night (for example, an orange block means Old Bell House is not available that night)

Please call or email with your specific requirements.  We will always try to accommodate you.  If you are organising for a large group it is a good idea to contact us to confirm availability and requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Parties?  Plas Blaenddol is a tranquil location on the edge of a village, so we cannot host loud gatherings or events such as stag or hen parties, sorry.
  • Pets?  Sorry, we do not accept pets.
  • Children?  We welcome children, however they will need to be appropriately supervised to ensure their health and safety.  Like many properties in Snowdonia, there are some potential hazards – such as stairs and wood burning stoves inside and a small lake, streams, hot tub and river-side woodland outside.
  • Extra beds?  * To accommodate more than 19, there is a £90 charge to include and prepare each fold-up and day bed (in Old Bell and The Lodge).
  • Testimonials?  See our reviews on Facebook and comments left by previous guests in the visitors books.
  • Internet?  Old Bell House and Lake House have free wi-fi in the living rooms and some bedrooms.  There is no wi-fi in The Lodge, however, if you don’t want to ‘get away from it all’, there is good mobile data with some providers.
  • Parking?  There is space for 8-10 cars:  6-7 spaces close to Old Bell and Lake House (carts available to transport luggage the 40m), 2-3 spaces next to The Lodge.  Further parking is available within 200m of the estate.
  • Enquiries?  01766 762307, 07766 042386 or email.
  • Prices for 2019?  Rates for Old Bell House will increase approx 10%.

We live on the estate, so are usually on hand to quickly answer any questions during your stay, but otherwise leave guests to enjoy their stay.
